By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. All products are custom or handcrafted items made by Asa Reinschmidt. Because of the custom nature of these products, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish may occur and are considered normal.

All orders must be paid in full (or according to any agreed payment terms) before delivery unless otherwise arranged. Once production has started on a custom piece, cancellations or refunds may not be available depending on the stage of work. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery is available only within the Chattanooga, Tennessee area unless otherwise stated. All items are delivered personally by Asa Reinschmidt, and delivery timing will be scheduled after purchase.
