Refund Policy

All items are custom-made and handcrafted by Asa. Because each piece is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. In the rare case of a defect or issue caused during production, I will work directly with the customer to find a reasonable solution.
